1. Select the pen design or send a custom design.
   
2. Select the material for your pen and the customization options.
   
3. For standard models you can make your purchase online OR Confirm your order using the contact form and email.
4. Once your order is confirmed, an order number will be given to you. You can see the status of your order in the table below.

Please note that I typically do not have any pens in stock due to order backlog.

Please note: if you had recently placed your order, allow at least 3-4 days before your order appears in the list. Order log will be updated on a weekly basis.

How to place your order

Here is how the Fast Track order processing will work:

1. Fast Track orders will be placed at the top of the queue after every 2 regular orders as soon as the order is confirmed.
   
2. Order can be added to Fast Track at any time.
   
3. Fast Track Order will have a premium of 20% of the total value of the order.
   
4. Payment must be made in advance, including the premium, before work can begin on the order.
   
5. If the order cannot be processed due to whatever reason, a complete refund will be given including the premium. This applies to normal orders as well.
